In accordance with the rules of the legal profession, fees, costs and disbursements are set in full consultation with clients; no invoicing takes place without having been planned and discussed.
Payment facilities may be granted taking into account possible difficulties.
On the setting of fees between the lawyer and the client, very precise rules exist, they appear in article 11 of the National Internal Regulations of the legal profession.
JURIDICTION'S ASSISTANCE
For some selected cases, the firm may agree to intervene in return for legal aid.
This free choice belongs to the lawyer and the client will be informed of the agreement or refusal as soon as the start of the collaboration.
